Teen Life Around The World

In Germany teens have more freedom. Parents in Germany allow teens to make their own decisions. Teens are seeen as adults rather than teenagers.


In the Caribeean, teens face a dificult path growing up. They have to face violence, poverty and immigration. This is normal for Latin American countries. Families have to work and attend school. The opportunity for higher education and good jobs are limited. Teens who are weathier enjoy shelter and private school. Family is important no matter how much money you have.These teens share parties, music and fashion.



Teen life in the Middle East is marked by extremes. Crises that are ongoing are poverty,earthquakes,war,cultural repression and political instability.Teenagers endure a difficult, or nearly impossible path into adulthood.

In China, teenager's attitudes are oriented toward life and study. Most pupils are eager to freely voice their opinions. Yongsters are interested in Hollywood movies. Teens born since 1980s are known as little emperors.
